The Sinterit Lisa X is a brand new iteration in the Sinterit Lisa series of professional compact SLS 3D printers. The machine allows you to multiply your production by taking advantage of the dramatically increased speed of the sintering printing process and larger build volume, as well as numerous smart features to enhance the performance of the device.

The revolutionary speed and outstanding powder refresh ratio of the Sinterit Lisa X make for optimal printing costs, while ergonomic operation ensures excellent user experience and streamlined workflow. The printer features fast cooldown, simple material change, responsive display with user-friendly interface, quality print bed, as well as a complete slicing solution with many advanced functions and parameters. The powerful 30W laser along with a galvo scanner make it possible to achieve detailed, high-quality prints in a short time, which results in a great return on investment and allows you to focus on checking and reinventing your ideas much faster. And adjusting parameters in four heating zones gives more freedom in all the aspects of the print process, where 22 heating elements are responsible for the proper temperature distribution.

The Sinterit Lisa X is designed mainly for (functional) prototyping and small to medium manufacturing in a variety of industries. The device is a perfect tool for designers, engineers, small and medium-sized businesses, and everyone who is ready to work with professional 3D equipment. Also, it is great for education and advanced R&D.

The Sinterit Lisa X prints with all seld-developed materials and supports third-party polyamide powder, including flexible materials. The use of the proprietary consumables is more efficient due to the profiles included in the printer software, which can, however, be edited. The advanced version of the software and the printer's four heating zones enable you to fine-tune the recommended printing settings — more than 30 printing parameters to achieve perfect results. The proprietary slicer also allows you to create profiles for third-party materials, so it's a completely open printing system.

Build volume

The large working area of 5.1 x 7.1 x 13.0 inches (130 x 180 x 330 mm) lets you print fairly large objects or numerous smaller parts in one go. Coupled with the outstanding print speed of the Lisa X, such a build volume makes it possible to produce, for instance, 540 parts or 270 sets of connectors in 28 hours (1 part per 3 minutes, 1 set per 6 minutes).
